Albany County Executive James J. Coyne Tuesday described as "old news" a Times Union investigation that found that the guaranteed price for the county civic center did not include key items such as lights in the locker rooms.
"This report in The Times Union today is similar to someone holding a press conference yesterday and proposing they may have reinvented the wheel," Coyne said during a news conference at the Albany County Airport on an unrelated matter.
